My name is Ariel Madrid and I launched Skinny Fit in the summer of 2009. I created this website for girls who would like a no nonsense guide to getting the skinny fit “Victoria’s Secret Body”.
I was driven to create this website because I have searched far and wide to find a site that would cater to my specific needs of getting the ideal super-skinny-lean-muscle-toned-body. Although there are a ton of great fitness sites out there that give great information, it seemed mostly men were running the sites, and I felt that the web was in serious need of a female to female fitness page.
Alas I created Skinny Fit in hope of establishing a community of girls who would also want the Victoria’s Secret body without the “Pro Ana”, “Thinspiration” vibe. I hope all girls who come to this site will feel free to drop a comment and let me know what I can do to make the site better!

let me just say that i’m so happy that i found your website. i’ve been looking for a place just like THIS to get clear, straightforward, non-nonsense info on how to obtain a gorgeous VS model body without starving myself 🙂
your posts have been really awesome so far.
but i was wondering if you could do a more personal one.. more about you daily workout schedule and daily meal plan. right now i try and run 4-5 days per week and do strength training with weights 3 days per week. i also do ab exercies about 5 days per week
