Abs Without Ever Doing Crunches

Now I know that personally I would never want a six pack, I just like a flat, tight, slightly defined tummy. Most people rely on crunches to give themselves decent looking abs, but do yourself a favor and drop crunches, reverse crunches, sit-ups, machine crunches and other spine-crushing movements out of your routine. Crunches are terrible for the spinal cord and your posture, so let’s read on about a better way for toning our abs.

A Turbulence Training Body Weight Work Out

This is a workout from Phase 1 of the 6-Month Bodyweight Workout. These 3 workouts are meant to be done 3 times out of the week with one rest day in between, although for maximum results you could do HIIT on your off days. You should follow this workout program for 4 weeks, and then switch up your workouts. You always want to keep switching up your exercise otherwise your body will get used to the same movements and stop producing results. If you use this program, let me know how it works for you!

[These workouts are meant to burn fat all over your entire body while simultaneously toning and building lean muscle. If you follow these workouts coupled with a clean diet, you will be on the road to getting a Victoria’s Secret body!]

Jessica Alba Body – What We Can Learn From Her Fitness Regime

Jessica Alba is famous for her flawless figure, and I personally believe Jessica has the perfect combination of lean muscle and yet a skinny-thin figure. Jessica’s trainer, Ramona Braganza, says Jessica uses circuit training combined with intense cardio for her razor sharp body. So Jessica cleary works hard and intense for her body, and her hard work sure pays off, considering she is widely viewed as one of the world’s most beautiful women. So what can we learn from Jessica Alba’s fitness regime?

[Jessica’s figure is strong, skinny and super lean. Many guys love this type of figure on women, and many girls want to have this figure!]

Turbulence Training – The Most Efficient Fat Loss Program?

If you have heard of Turbulence Training by Craig Ballantyne, then I am sure you know how efficient it really is. I discovered Turbulence Training about a year ago and I have been using the work outs every since. They are short, effective, intense and transform my body quicker than I could ever of imagined. The best part is there is there is no gym required, the workouts are no longer than 20 minutes, and the only equipment you need are some dumbbells and your own body weight, that’s it!

High Intensity Interval Training – A New Outlook On “Cardio”

I hit up my gym 3 times per week, and usually stay for only about 30 minutes. I end up leaving the gym completely obliterated, drenched in sweat, my heart pounding and severely fatigued. But what could possibly put me in such a state of severe oxygen debt in only 30 minutes? The answer, High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT. The funny thing is, when I first start my work out there is usually some out of shape guy or girl on the elliptical machine or walking on the treadmill, and when I leave the gym, there are still there. They are usually watching t.v. and haven’t even broken a sweat, and I am already done with my workout plus my metabolism is through the roof. How could someone spend so much time “working out” but never experience any fat loss results?

[This girl has a great body! Lean, toned yet her body doesn’t scream “gym!”. She just looks like a really great looking girl who is skinny and in shape.]
