A Stripper’s Diet & Fitness Regime

Okay so I thought I would do a post on strippers because they have hot bodies and I thought it would be interesting to read about how they stay in shape. I also wanted to do this post because in this case, the stripper actually mentions that when she works out, she works out hard and strong. Proof that to be hot you need to be strong,  and also that using weights will not make you bulky. So let’s continue reading…

[First, an image of a very toned but lean glamour model – Krystal Forscutt. I know she is not actually a stripper but “glamour model body”/stripper body, same difference. They both have fit bodies!]

“Eat 6 Meals Per Day” Diet Myth Exposed

Now I know a popular diet right now is to “Eat 6 Meals Per Day.” Many people believe that when you skip a meal your body goes into starvation mode. This theory is based upon a misunderstanding of how diet affects your metabolism. Now for some people, they enjoy eating six meals spaced evenly through out the day and it works for them. But I am here to tell you that it’s not the only way to lose body fat and you certainly do not need to eat 6 meals per day!

Lose Body Fat With Only One Meal Per Day?

You may or may not have heard of the Warriot Diet, created by Ori Hofmekler. The Warrior Diet is the only diet that explores the advantages of overeating. Have you ever felt guilty for overeating? You may feel guilty because you didn’t know that a deep, primal instinct drove you to overeat. Many people binge late at night when exhausted from a rigid, obsessive, daily self-control. An instinct that we have most likely inherited from our late Paleolithic ancestors who were night eaters, cycling between periods of famine and feast (undereating and overeating). That’s usually the time when inhibitions are broken down and the alleged “demons” come out. But these are not demons. If you know how to use this instinct in the right way, it can work for you instead of against you.
